Thank you for considering the 2009 WASBE Conference Fringe Festival as a performing touring option in 2009.  World Projects is honored to be working in conjunction with WASBE once again and with the University of Cincinnati on what will no doubt be an enriching and memorable experience for all involved. 

2009 WASBE Conference Fringe Festival in Cincinnati, OH July 5 – 11, 2009 

World Projects International Music Productions is pleased to have teamed up with the 2009 WASBE Conference to offer travel and touring services to groups attending the event in Cincinnati, Ohio - USA. Groups that attend the 2009 WASBE Conference Fringe Festival will have the opportunity to perform at venues throughout the City of Cincinnati, attend Conference concerts, explore the exhibits on display as well as attend master classes and clinics. 

Please find below a list what is included in the 2009 WASBE Conference Fringe Festival for groups who attend:

  • Setup, coordination and promotion of three (3) concerts in Cincinnati during the 2009 WASBE   Conference as follows (venues are subject to change)
  • Cincinnati Zoo’s ‘Wings of Wonder’ Theater
  • Fountain Square, located in downtown Cincinnati
  • The Underground Railroad Freedom Center
  • The Cincinnati Museum Center 
  •  Mary Emery Hall (University of Cincinnati) courtyard, prior to Conference Showcase Concerts
  • Tickets for each group member to two (2) WASBE Conference Concerts at Mary Emery Hall, University of Cincinnati
  • Attendance at Repertoire Sessions throughout the WASBE Conference (subject to availability)
  • Attendance at WASBE Conference master classes and clinics (subject to availability)
  • Provision of Large Percussion (specifics TBD) and music stands at all Fringe Festival concert locations
  • Fringe Festival Staff on-site at all concert locations to assist with setup/concert coordination
  • Artist Pass Lanyard

 In addition, World Projects can also handle air and ground arrangements for your group.
