The World Expo will be held in Shanghai, China, from May 1st to October 31st, 2010. World Expo is a culturally and artistically rich event that offers youth from around the world an opportunity to experience the core values of this World Expos focus - "Understanding, Communication, Gathering and Cooperation".

“World Youth Carnival 2010” will be held in June/July, 2010 and is part of various activities that will make up the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. The World Youth Carnival aims to build an audio-visual platform for youth from all over the world and also offers a wonderful opportunity for cultural exchange. The carnival will incorporate various themes representing all of the world’s youth! The World Youth Carnival project is expecting up to 2010 performers, another 10,000 participants from 18 countries and 36 groups across five continents to enjoy this event together. This will truly be a great experience to remember!

The World Youth Carnival 2010 Shanghai World Expo offers your ensemble an excellent opportunity to meet with some of the finest universities in China, present an indoor performance within Expo Park, experience the Chinese culture and have the chance to interact with like minded peers from all over the world! In addition, a broad range of exciting cultural events and activities will be offered to the participants inside and outside the 2010 Shanghai World Expo Park!
