About our Special Projects

In addition to music festivals and custom tours, World Projects produces special events and once-in-a-lifetime performance opportunities for your ensemble. Past WP special projects have included the 2012 London Celebration Music Festival, Beijing 2008 Olympic Orchestra, the 2001 World University Games Marching Band, the 2000 Sydney Olympic Band, and Expo ’88.

World Projects is pleased to announce its partnership with the WMC to produce the ‘WORLD YOUTH MUSIC CAMP’ in conjunction with the WMC in July, 2013. This music camp is targeted towards youth wind and brass ensembles from all around the world and is designed to bring them together during the WMC period in Kerkrade.

Additional past special projects are the 2009 WASBE Conference and 2010 Shanghai World Expo Youth Carnival.
