In June, 2009, I had the distinct pleasure of leading the Arizona State University Wind Symphony in concert for a World Projects music event at Disney Hall in Los Angeles. Throughout the entire planning stage and the trip itself, the World Projects staff was cordial, quick to solve any problems that arose, and on top of every logistical detail. In short, our experience was first-rate and I am pleased to recommend World Projects to one and all! Gary W. As the Director of Bands, Emeritus at Cal Poly, I want to recommend that you take full advantage of the opportunity to perform in one of the finest concert halls in America, the Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles. My final performance with the Cal Poly Wind Ensemble, after serving as their conductor for 43 years, was in the Disney Hall on June 22, 2011 as a part of the Los Angeles International Music Festival, sponsored by World Projects International.
